In cooperation with GDC Media & Design, an interactive application was realized using WebGL and its technical implementation for the company merger of Tadano. The centerpiece of this merger is the extremely versatile, fast and ready-to-use all-terrain cab crane Tadano AC 2.040-1. This crane combines the latest technologies and the design of both technology and patent owners. The aim was to visualize the innovative synergy between the two companies and showcase the integration of their technologies through an engaging and interactive web application.
The realization
We implemented this fusion with two DNA strands in WebGL to illustrate both companies. This interactive web application enables users to experience the animation of the DNA strands by scrolling, which are then merged into a single strand. Special attention was paid to the full responsiveness and high performance of the application on all end devices. By using state-of-the-art WebGL technology, we were able to ensure an impressive visual presentation and a seamless user experience. The application impressively demonstrates the synergy and innovative strength of both companies.
The result
The result was an impressive, interactive web application that presented the company merger of Tadano in an impressive way. Using WebGL, the two DNA strands of the merging companies were dynamically animated and merged into one common strand. The application ran fully responsive and performant on all devices, ensuring a seamless user experience. This interactive web application with WebGL demonstrated the union of technologies and design of both companies and highlighted the versatility and innovative power of the Tadano AC 2.040-1.
