Brucklyn Studenten Apartments
The challenge
Welcome to a unique place in Erlangen! At Brucklyn, atmosphere meets style. This is not just a place to live. It’s a place to live. In perfectly equipped apartments, in the midst of an international community – with a cinema and fitness room, sauna and private pool on the roof. The task was to create an equally extraordinary web experience for these exceptional apartments in the form of a one-pager. This web experience was to reflect the special quality of life and lifestyle of the Brucklyn Apartments and give potential residents a comprehensive impression of the amenities and unique atmosphere. The goal was to highlight the luxurious and modern aspects of the apartments through a visually appealing and user-friendly website that would pique visitors’ interest and invite them to become part of this exclusive community.
The realization
To accomplish the task, we developed an interactive one-pager with a scrollable full-screen video. This video narrates the daily life of a student at Brucklyn Apartments and highlights the unique features of the apartment complex. Additional information is displayed to match each scene in the video to complete the story. This interactive web experience combines visual and narrative elements to provide visitors with an immersive and engaging experience that reflects the vibrant atmosphere and lifestyle of Brucklyn Apartments. Special features such as interactive hotspots were also integrated, giving users detailed insights into the various facilities such as the cinema, gym, sauna and rooftop pool. The responsive design ensures that the web experience is optimally displayed on all devices, from smartphones to desktops. In addition, user-friendly navigation allows visitors to intuitively scroll through the content and discover the special features of the apartments and the community.
The result
With an interactive, scrollable full-screen video on the one-pager, which tells the everyday life of a student, we use the web experience to show what makes the Brucklyn Apartments so worth living in. Thematically matching the respective parts of the video, additional information is displayed to tell a story. We have also added interactive elements that allow the user to delve deeper into the various aspects of living in the Brucklyn Quarter. This includes detailed information on the exclusive amenities such as the cinema, gym, sauna and rooftop pool. The combination of visual storytelling and interactive features creates an engaging and immersive experience that digitally reflects the unique lifestyle and quality of Brucklyn Apartments. The web experience is also fully responsive, ensuring optimal display on all devices, from smartphone to desktop.
