The Challenge

“Die Anlage” is a book that deals with the topic of luxury real estate investment in one-bedroom apartments. Our task was to create a high-quality print product that would meet our client’s high standards and at the same time fulfill the functionality required for effective marketing. We were responsible for the entire project, from paper selection, concept development and visual design to photography, 3D renderings and final print execution. Particular attention was paid to the print finishes to give the book an exclusive feel and look. These finishes included embossing, varnishing and special types of paper that perfectly emphasize the luxurious theme of the book. These high-quality elements and the carefully thought-out design made it possible to create a print product that is both aesthetically pleasing and functional, and that impresses the target group.

The realization

The book is 48 pages thick and has a high-quality hardcover with an embossed title and logo. The printing challenge here was the combination of embossing and gold hot foil stamping. The content pages, which feature large photos, were also treated with a relief varnish so that the colors appear particularly vibrant and saturated. The elaborate print finishing gives the print product a luxurious feel and look that underlines the exclusivity of luxury real estate investments. In addition to the high-quality finish, great importance was also attached to the choice of materials to ensure a durable and aesthetically pleasing end product. This combination of high-quality printing technology and careful design makes the book an effective marketing tool and a sought-after collector’s item.
